Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of **SetNUp** (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For questions, contact contact@setnup.com.

1) The Service

The Service allows you to research content ideas, create SEO metadata, and schedule uploads to social media channels. Background processing is utilized to execute your scheduled actions automatically.

2) Your responsibilities

  • Compliance: you must comply with the terms and policies of the platforms you connect (YouTube, Meta, etc.) and all applicable laws.
  • Rights to content: you must possess all necessary rights to the media, captions, and metadata you provide.
  • Prohibited use: you may not use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content, or to facilitate spam.

3) Account connection & permissions

When you connect an account, the platform provides OAuth tokens that authorize the Service to perform actions you initiate (such as uploading or fetching data). You can revoke these permissions at any time via the platform's security settings.

4) Availability and failures

We strive for reliable performance, but the Service depends on third-party APIs and network conditions. Failures may occur due to API changes, platform outages, or connectivity issues. The Service provides status details and error logs to help you manage your workflow.

5) Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your information. See Privacy Policy.

6) Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, secure license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service actions.

7) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect a violation of these Terms or for security reasons.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or that every scheduled action will succeed under all circumstances.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetNUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data/profits arising from the use of the Service.
