The Service lets you research content ideas, generate SEO packages, and schedule video uploads across various platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Scheduled jobs are executed automatically to help you maintain a consistent presence.

• Account identifiers: basic account identifiers returned by social platforms (such as unique IDs) and, if available, username/display name/avatar.
• OAuth tokens: access tokens and refresh tokens returned by platforms to enable the Service to perform actions on your behalf.
• Uploaded media: video and image files you upload to the Service for publishing or scheduling.
• Post metadata: titles, captions, descriptions, tags, and scheduled publish dates.
• Operational logs: basic event and error information needed to troubleshoot the Service and ensure reliable delivery.

• Provide the Service: connect accounts, generate SEO packages, upload media, and run scheduled jobs.
• Token management: securely refresh access tokens to keep your scheduling active without repeated manual logins.
• Support & debugging: monitoring job status and error messages to provide technical assistance.

OAuth tokens and sensitive data are stored encrypted at rest. We apply industry-standard technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we prioritize the protection and privacy of your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

• Platform APIs: we securely transmit your content to platforms (YouTube, Meta, etc.) as initiated by your workflow.
• Service providers: secure hosting and storage providers used purely to operate calculations and storage.
• Legal compliance: if required to respond to legal requests or protect rights/safety.

• Tokens are retained only while your account is connected or until you request deletion.
• Media files are stored temporarily for publishing. After all related jobs are successfully completed or removed, the Service automatically clears the local files.
• Job history is retained to provide you with a dashboard of your past activity and for troubleshooting purposes.

• Disconnecting: you may revoke access in your social platform settings at any time.
• Deletion requests: contact us at contact@setnup.com to request full account and data deletion.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
